The West Midlands is the most congested area in Great Britain outside of London and demands on the transport network are rising each year. It has to cope with 6.9 million trips on a typical day. The vast majority of these trips are made by cars and lorries and only fifteen per cent are made by public transport.

This film was commissioned by a series of partners including Coventry City Council to generate debate on whether or not congestion charging should be introduced to the city.

It highlights key issues by featuring interviews with key stakeholders and members of the region’s business community.
