Gas Street Works

Anglian Water is one of the leading providers of water and wastewater services in the UK. Located in the east of England, their 3,500 staff serve the needs of around six million industrial, commercial and domestic customers.

The HR department approached Gas Street Works to produce a video which introduced their new SAP computer system. This change was fundamental to the organisation’s business processes, affecting billing and all aspects of customer interaction. Our film communicated the reasoning behind the new system and its benefits, appeasing staff resistance and ensuring a smooth and comfortable transition.
